The Ezypay team are experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about making payroll services work for our clients. Our staff are members of the New Zealand Payroll Practitioners' Association and attend regular training courses to stay at the top of their game. Paula, as Bureau Manager and our initial account manager, has a huge amount of knowledge around payroll legislation, including the Holidays Act, ACC, minimum wage etc. She is friendly and helpful and fantastic to work with. Harvey and Kerry are the payroll specialists and they don't mind if we contact them ten times a day with questions. They are easy to work with, willing to help, and go out of their way to make our tasks easier. Nothing is too much trouble, even a final pay late on Friday afternoon!

Paula Retallick

My interest in payroll has been very long and varied. I started my working career in the freight industry, which lasted nearly six years. I progressed from manifesting to payroll in this time. The Kiwi OE called and I set off travelling through America, working in London (in you guessed it - payroll!), and then set off for Europe travelling in a camper van for five months with four other crazy Kiwis.
 
On my return, I worked in the travel industry for five years, which enabled me to have many backpacking experiences around the world until I finally left to start a family. I enjoyed being a stay-at-home mum for a while, but circumstances changed and I ended back working part-time.  Luckily for me, I was able to work from home, which is how Ezypay started back in 1999. Ezypay has grown in nine years from working from my living room to working from our new premises employing five experienced staff. We are a dedicated bunch who always try and keep our customers happy, and go the extra mile!

 Harvey Polglase

After a Management career in the Dairy Industry followed by backpacking around the world, I opted for payroll about twelve years ago. This has been combined with an Administrative role for an Indian Restaurant group where I can enjoy a regular curry!

We live the lifestyle in the rural community of Darfield with a sheep, chickens, and several million bees producing lovely honey.

I find payroll interesting and varied and continue to enjoy the challenges of changing legislation.

I have worked for Ezypay part time for about three years. Prior to retiring from full time work I worked for Tradestaff for five years.

Over the years I have worked with various payroll systems, including Datacom, CBA, Timemaster and lately Comacc. I am passionate about people being paid on time and accurately. 

Kerry Cutler

I joined the Ezypay team in September 2007, after previously managing a small payroll and accounts receivable operation. I am enjoying the challenge of processing many varied payrolls. I enjoy on-line gaming with my favourite game being World of Warcraft (WoW for short).

Julia Maelzer

I'm the new person on the scene having joined Ezypay in May 2010.  I'm originally from Germany but have been living in New Zealand since 2007.  I enjoy my sports and recently got my motorcycle licence so now the proud owner of a BMW motorbike (German of course).
